Scope
This statement covers the Aggriver public website. The employee portal and linked services may have separate sign-in requirements and information-handling arrangements.
Browsing the website
You do not need an employee account to read the public pages. Hosting and network providers may process technical information such as IP addresses, browser information, request times, and requested pages to deliver the website and protect it against abuse.
The public website code does not include advertising trackers or a visitor analytics integration. Infrastructure providers may separately process operational and security information.
Information you choose to submit
The recruitment page indicates whether online applications are available. When enabled, the application form requests contact details, an application title, a message, and any documents you choose to attach. Submitted information is used to receive and assess the application and communicate with the applicant, including sending an application acknowledgement to the supplied email address.
When the form is enabled, its submission service uses Cloudflare Turnstile for abuse prevention and an email delivery provider to deliver applications to Aggriver. Do not submit passwords, payment details, or unnecessary sensitive personal information.
Linked services
Following a link to the employee portal or another service takes you outside these public pages. Authentication and information processing on that service are governed by its own arrangements.
Questions and requests
If you have already communicated with Aggriver, you can use that existing correspondence to ask about information you submitted, including requests to correct or delete it. The handling of a request depends on applicable requirements and any need to retain records.
Changes
This statement may be updated as the website and its services change. The date below identifies the current version.
